There is no official release date announced as of yet for the 2021 Kia Sorento. But, we can speculate based on Kia’s typical release schedule of the Kia Sorento which can help if you’re looking at a new car possibly the 2020 Kia Telluride?
The 2021 Kia Sorento is most likely going to be launched towards the end of the year in the United State likely during 4th quarter. We do know that the Sorento is launching in third quarter in Europe and the United States tends to get it a few months after Europe.
We can also expect both the hybrid and non hybrid versions to be launched at the same time as the internal combustion engine variant.
What About Price?
Well, Kia hasn’t announced U.S pricing either but we do know the 2020 Kia Sorento starts at $26,990 so we can expect the 2021 Kia Sorento to start slightly higher probably in the $27,000 to $29,000 range but I wouldn’t expect it to be that much higher than the last generation despite its many improvements. The primary reason for this is because the Kia Sorento still has to be cheaper than the Kia Telluride significantly enough to not cannibalize sales of the Telluride.
